Garlic is one thing I really miss being on the Low FODMAP Diet. I have tried to reintroduce it, without being successful! I love everything with garlic – garlic bread and garlic prawns being my fave! The lady in this article however, gave up garlic, as her partner could no longer tolerate it! Would your partner do that for you? Would you ask them to?
