2 Hake fillets
1 Jar Bay’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Sauce
30g Toasted cashew nuts
Rice to serve
- Marinate hake in Bay’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce overnight or for a few hours.
- Put in baking tray season and cook at 160 degrees for 10-15 mins (until fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork).
- Take out of the oven and add chopped coriander and lime to taste.
- Serve with toasted cashew nuts and rice.
