1 Jar Bay’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce
40ml Sesame oil
20g Sesame seeds
- Cut tempeh into chunks and marinate in Bay’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce overnight or for a few hours.
- Heat sesame oil in pan on a low heat add tempeh chunks and cook for 10 mins then add spinach leaves.
- Take off heat and add chopped coriander and lime to taste.
- Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and rice.
