Really great diary to help you discover your triggers

I have only had this diary a week but the amount of confidence it has given me to eat other things has been great! There's loads of useful information in there. I think the only thing that is missing is a space to put how much water you have drunk that day but it's OK for me because I just use the bit that's for Alcohol as I don't drink :) I'm really glad I've bought this. Also a bit of tip, there's a section in the back for notes, I used this to write a list of all the things and their quantities of what you can eat on a low FODMAP diet so I've always got a quick reference in the back of the book whilst I'm cooking.
