Orders over £9.50: £7 Standard Delivery – 2-5 working days.

Orders for the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will be delivered within 2-5 working days from dispatch. Please be aware your dispatch notification email will be sent in 2-3 working days after your order is placed.

Free delivery is now exclusively available for subscribe & save orders £30 and above!

Orders with Free Delivery will be despatched on our standard service to arrive in 2-3 working days from dispatch for UK mainland or 2 -5 working days from dispatch for the Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. 

Additional Information

Please note our offices and warehouse are closed on bank holidays. Therefore orders will be delayed over bank holiday weekends and enquiries will be replied to the next working day.

Extreme weather conditions and other circumstances out of our control may delay deliveries. If you have any queries regarding your delivery please email us at hello@bayskitchen.com with your query and please ensure to include your name, shipping address and order number and we will get back to you asap.

Commonly asked questions

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have this please check the delivery details on this (let us know if it’s not correct as we may have time to edit this before the order is dispatched). Once your order is disaptched you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which should have tracking information on for you. You can also log into your account and view the order to find this.

If delivery is still within the time frame selected then 1-2 working days. Then your order will be being processed and will arrive with you within the time frame, so there is nothing you need to do. 

If you don’t have an email confirmation please contact us. This probably means there was an issue with the order or the payment method used and so the order probably hasn’t completed and therefore won’t be being processed.

AM I ABLE TO EDIT MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed and completed at the checkout you are no longer able to edit it. If there is an issue please email us at sales@bayskitchen.com straight away or call us on 01242 335247 and if there is time we can manually edit the order our end for you. If the order is already with our warehouse being picked or shipped, then I’m afraid it is too late to edit it. 

HOW DO I EDIT MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us asap on 01242 335247 or email us at sales@bayskitchen.com. If the order hasn’t been picked or shipped by our warehouse then we can cancel and refund it, if it has been picked we may still be able to cancel it in time. If the order has been shipped then I’m afraid it’s too late and the order can’t be cancelled or refunded. Please see ourrefund policyfor more information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, from our website we currently only ship to UK (excluding Northern Ireland). We are looking into options for being able to ship to customers in Ireland and further afield.

We do have retailers selling our products in certain countries, which are listed in the International section on our stockists page.
