I have only had this diary a week but the amount of confidence it has given me to eat other things has been great! There's loads of useful information in there. I think the only thing that is missing is a space to put how much water you have drunk that day but it's OK for me because I just use the bit that's for Alcohol as I don't drink :) I'm really glad I've bought this. Also a bit of tip, there's a section in the back for notes, I used this to write a list of all the things and their quantities of what you can eat on a low FODMAP diet so I've always got a quick reference in the back of the book whilst I'm cooking.

My wife has been struggling with severe IBS for years, so to find Bay's kitchen has been a revolution. So sad to hear of Bay's passing, but what a legacy she has left.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered this sauce as I loved it so much the first time I purchased it. I’ve missed being able to have a curry, but this sauce is tasty and kind to my tummy meaning I can enjoy curry again with the rest of my family. Thank you ☺️

Delicious. No IBS reaction. Needed a bit of butter to give it a creamier taste but other wise perfect. Will definitely buy again.

This sauce is the best we have tasted. We use it with chicken or salmon and we are never disappointed.

Makes a delicious chicken curry.
