Our Chicken Gravy and Chicken Stock make the perfect additions to your Christmas Dinner and our Mild Korma Stir-in Sauce is ideal for a quick and easy Boxing Day Turkey Curry! All of these products are Low FODMAP, Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free.

Water, Chicken Stock Base (4%)(Chicken Stock [Chicken Bones, Chicken Fat, Water, Salt], Yeast Extract [Yeast Extract, Salt], Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant: Rosemary Extract), Cornflour, Molasses, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid, Thyme (0.2%), Rosemary (0.1%).

Concentrated Chicken Stock:

Water, Chicken Stock Base (31%) (Chicken Stock [Chicken Bones, Chicken Fat, Water, Salt], Yeast Extract [Yeast Extract, Salt], Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant: Rosemary Extract), Cornflour, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid.

Mild Korma Stir-in Sauce:

Coconut Cream (34%), Water, Tomatoes, Ginger, Dextrose, Rapeseed Oil, Cornflour, Turmeric, Garam Masala (Coriander Seed, Cumin, Ginger, Cassia, Black Pepper, Cloves) (1.3%), Salt, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Cumin, Cardamon.

Can Bay's Kitchen products be frozen?

Yes. All of our products can be frozen; however, we can’t guarantee the quality will be just as good after doing so.

How long can I keep your products?

All of our products are ambient, meaning they are kept in a store cupboard rather than a fridge or freezer before opening.

When you receive them, they will have a minimum shelf life of 3 months (although it's often much longer!).

Sauces, soups, and gravies should be refrigerated once opened and consumed within 2 days.

Concentrated stocks, chutneys, and condiments should be refrigerated once opened and consumed within 1 month.

Are all your food products Low FODMAP certified?

Yes. They are certified by FODMAP Friendly – you can visit their site to find out more about their certification here.

All of our products are also gluten-free certified, dairy-free certified, and the majority are vegan approved!

I'm not on a low FODMAP diet. Can I still eat Bay’s Kitchen products?

Yes! All the family can enjoy Bay’s Kitchen products. We have really focused on our products' taste so that everyone can enjoy them together!

However, it is not advisable to only eat low-FODMAP foods unless you have been specifically advised to do so by a medical professional, as the diet is very restrictive. Anyone not on the diet can enjoy our products but should ensure it is part of their usual balanced diet.

Very nice, and simple to use.

Tried this for the first time a few months back, came back and ordered more. Very tasty. I start with This Is Not Chicken and a selection of chopped veg, once simmered off I add the jar of sauce and another of oat or coconut milk ,because we like a lot of sauce, and simmer for A Bit while the rice cooks, and you get a proper tasty meal.

Great stuff!

I have used this before when my son, who is following a Fodmap diet visited. Although there are no onions or garlic in it, it is delicately flavoured with herbs and does the job perfectly for soups and stews. Very carefully wrapped, although I’m unsure whether the plastic netting around the jars can be recycled?
